Status, in Plain Words
- Processing — we have your order and are packing it
- Dispatched — it has left us and is with the courier
- Out for delivery — it should reach you today
- Delivered — the courier has marked it handed over
Parcel Looks Stuck?
Tracking sometimes stops updating for a day or two in transit. If nothing changes for more than three working days, message us and we will chase the courier.
