You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched.
Before Dispatch
Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. If the parcel has not left our warehouse we will cancel it straight away.
- Prepaid orders are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery orders cost you nothing to cancel, as nothing has been paid.
After Dispatch
Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot cancel it. You may refuse delivery, and the parcel will come back to us.
Orders We May Cancel
- The product is out of stock after the order was placed
- The delivery address is incomplete or unreachable
- Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels on the same number
If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount is returned.
